Our feet come in a variety of shapes and sizes

Millions of years of evolution have perfectly crafted the human foot, optimized for standing, walking, and running.

It is fascinating to see how feet differ some have been shaped by years of wearing conventional shoes, while others are naturally wider, thinner, or longer.

How to measure correctly?

To get an accurate result, it is important to measure your feet while standing rather than sitting. We recommend performing the measurement in the later hours of the day, as feet naturally expand slightly throughout the day after resting during sleep.

Step 1

Place a sheet of paper larger than your foot flush against the wall. Ensure the wall is straight and that any baseboards or panels are flat.

Step 2

Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Make sure the floor is a hard surface and that the paper hasn’t slipped into any gaps between the floor and the wall.

Step 3

Using a pencil, mark the paper at the point where your longest toe ends.

Step 4

Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the line you marked for your toe using a ruler or measuring tape.

Step 5

Repeat the measurement process for your other foot. It is very common for one foot to be slightly longer than the other—this is important! Always use the measurement of your longest foot to determine your size.

Step 6

Use our official size tables, located on every product page, to find the recommended size based on your measurement.
